Following is Lizzie's List: a whole lot of ways you too can get involved in our lovely co-op, and demonstrate your own amazing skills, learn a few more, and have fun and help out at the co-op in the next couple of months.

1. For those who have already trained in volunteering at the shop - please contact Lizzie NOW if you can help out at the store in October. School holidays mean we're a little short on our usual shop-hands, and the October roster has several gaps that Lizzie's striving to fill (see comment re juggling above). A regular commitment is great, but if you can only come down and help out for a few hours here and there, we'd still be delighted to have you along!
2. If you've been waiting to volunteer, the next induction session will be Sat Oct 15th 8.30-9.30am at the store. Contact us if you can come along. Better still, bring a friend, and learn together how to become one of those special people who together all keep our lovely co-op working.
3. Sat Nov 12 is the day of the Viva la Gong Festival. The co-op will be having a stall. We are looking for people to set up, work the stall and pack down.
Contact Lizzie if you are free and keen to help out.
4. Our annual Film night is on Sunday Oct 23 - bring your
friends and family and please come along! We are also seeking helpers on
the night to do various tasks, if you are interested in volunteering
let us know.
Finally, for all of our wonderful volunteers, we'll be hosting a spring picnic day on Sunday November 6th. It will be an opportunity to meet with other volunteers, and to be plied with delicious food prepared especially for you as a huge and well-earned thankyou, and, as a special bonus, Lizzie has promised SUNSHINE!
